If your handset is not compatible with polyphonic ringtones you will automatically receive a mono ringtone. For polyphonic downloads your handset needs to be wap activated. Prepay users must ensure enough credit is available or you will not receive your order.

By downloading mobile content from this service you agree to receive, at no cost, adhoc promotional messages and offers from EMI Music.

If you do not want to receive these adhoc promotional messages please either email support@new-visions.co.uk, quoting your mobile telephone number with the words OPTOUT LCD in the subject field OR text the word LCD STOP to 80880 (text message charged at your normal network rate).

Costs

Ringtones cost £3.00. This is billed to your phone via 2 reverse charged text messages (£1.50 each). Sent text/GPRS download charged at your normal operator rate.

Delivery times

Most items will be delivered within minutes of ordering, although items can experience delays of up to 24 hours. This is usually caused by delays in the network.

Cancellation of Order and Refunds

Your order can be cancelled if the product has not been delivered within 24 hours. Refunds will be in the form of a cheque. If the product/wap push/text url has been delivered and has been received by the handset, then no cancellation of payment can take place.
